Tutoring Policies

​

Our time is valuable and so is yours. When you schedule a session with one of our tutors, we commit to having that time available for you.

The First Session

Before we set up a session, we’ll set up a time to talk through zoom for approximately 15 minutes. We can answer any questions you may have and tell you about what we do. We meet students online with zoom. We recommend that you are close to your internet source, have a device with a larger screen, and use earbuds or headphones.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you do need to Cancel or Reschedule, contact your tutor directly by email.

If you are paying per session; see fees below:

Cancellations or Rescheduling: There is a $50 cancellation fee if notice is given in less than 24 hours. Once the invoice is paid, the session can be re-scheduled.

If payment is not received on time, your spot will no longer be available.

We would never want you to be dissatisfied. If you are not satisfied with a specific session and have decided you are very unhappy with the session, we ask that you simply send your tutor an email explaining what you did not find helpful. Refunds for sessions already completed are decided on a case by case basis.​

 

Showing Up Late

If you are late to a session, that time will be charged or accounted for.

​​

No Show or No Call

There is no refund for no-shows/no-call regardless of the reason. If you bought a session, you can jump in another session the next week.​
